Spirax Sarco Visits the Allotment

We had another visit from Spirax Sarco who came down and lent us a hand.

We’d like to give a huge thanks to the team from Spirax Sarco who helped out at our allotment recently

They visited us last year and built us a wonderful fire pit, and returned again this year to help improve our cooking facilities once again. It was quite chilly which made the ground hard, but everyone soon warmed up once they got working. Half of the group focused on rebuilding some of the bed borders and the other half built a brick BBQ. As a treat we did try to cook them some pizzas in our oven, but unfortunately the weather was a bit too cold!

Once summer comes around we’ll be sure to test the BBQ out – maybe by cooking some vegetable kebabs fresh from the allotment.
