Wiggly Worm at the Allotment

Last year Rob showcased his skills and taught a group from The National Star Centre in Ullenwood. The lesson was focused around Wiggly Worm’s ‘Grow it, cook it, eat it’ project. All in all a great day was had and Abby kindly asked Rob back again this year.

In the true spirit of time banking some of the participants from the Wiggly Worm came and helped out at the St James City Farm allotments. They harvested some veggies and then used the kitchen to make their own pizzas for lunch. These were of course then cooked in our new clay pizza oven!

Thankfully none were burnt and they all turned out delicious – a perfect end to the day’s activities.
