Every 2nd and 4th Friday of the month we’ll be meeting up at the Museum in the Park, Stratford Park, and taking a leisurely walk around. We usually meet up around 10:30am and have a chat and a cuppa before we set off.
The walk is very gentle and suitable for those who use walking aids or a wheelchair, it is dementia friendly but anyone who would benefit from a gentle walk is welcome to join. How far we walk depends on how everyone feels – it may be around the walled garden, or it could be as far as around the lake.
